PURPOSES OF PERSONAL DATA PROCESSING

Personal data can also be shared with our Data Protection Officer where required for the performance of the DPO’s tasks provided for in the applicable laws and internal procedures.
RIGHTS OF INDIVIDUALS GIVING THEIR DATA
We provide any possible and available technical and organizational measures to enable data subjects to freely exercise their rights. That is why we ask that all inquiries and requests related to the exercise of the rights of data subjects arising from the applicable laws be sent to our email address kontakt@danucera.pl.
Where justified, in order to properly identify a person, we may ask you to provide additional information or deliver the necessary documents to confirm your identity. Any requests related to the exercise of your rights shall be submitted directly to the Data Controller, and if we process your data as a Processor, i.e. at a request of another Data Controller, we will promptly inform you about this.
- Right to freely give or withdraw data processing consent
You have a full right to freely give or withdraw your data processing consent. Where your personal data are processed based on your consent, we will enable you to withdraw the consent at any time.
Your personal data can also be processed by us based on our legitimate interest, such as the marketing of our products and services. In such a case, we enable you to withdraw your consent or to object to such processing.
Consent withdrawal is effective upon the moment of the withdrawal but it does not affect any processing done before such withdrawal.

OBLIGATION TO PROVIDE DATA
Some personal data must be provided to enable us to properly provide services or comply with a request or inquiry. In accordance with the data minimization principle, we do not collect more data than we need to comply therewith. Whenever personal data are required to be given for a specific purpose, you will be informed accordingly or the information will be included in the respective Information Clause.
If you fail to provide the required information, we may have to limit or stop the provision of services or the execution of a request or inquiry.
