Information Notice for Customers of the www.danucera.eu Web Store

2. The Data Controller has appointed Ms. Agnieszka Colombié the Data Protection Officer (hereinafter: Data Protection Officer). Purposes of personal data processing

3. Your personal data are processed:
a) for purposes connected with the conclusion and proper performance of the contract which underlies the purchase of the goods and services offered on the website of our danucera.eu web store;
b) in order to comply with the Data Controller’s legal obligations, including but not limited to tax settlements; in order to submit to audits conducted by public authorities (e.g. tax audits, inspections by the State Labour Inspection);
c) in furtherance of the Data Controller’s legitimate interests, which include but are not limited to: assertion and defense of civil law claims.

Personal data retention period

4. Your data will be retained in accordance with the applicable laws for a time not longer than required for the purposes for which such data are processed, namely:
a) for purposes connected with the conclusion and proper performance of the contract which underlies the purchase of the goods and services offered on the website of our danucera.eu web store. If you make a transaction without creating an account on our website, we process your data after the transaction for a period not longer than required by the law;
b) for data collected to comply with the Data Controller’s legal obligations, including but not limited to tax settlements;
c) for data collected in connection with the Data Controller’s legitimate interests, for example assertion and defense of civil law claims, review of complaints.

Grounds for personal data processing

5. Legal grounds for personal data processing:
a) Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR – as regards your consent to the processing of personal data for one or more specific purposes, e.g. if you express a wish to receive our newsletter;
b) Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR – as regards point 3(a) of the information notice, e.g. in the case of the need to perform a legal service contract to which the data subject is a party, for example if you make a purchase in our store;
c) Article 6(1)(c) of the GDPR – as regards point 3(b) of the information notice, e.g. in the case of the need to comply with the Data Controller’s legal obligations arising from the EU law or from the Polish law, for example during recruitment;
d) Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR – as regards point 3(c) of the information notice, e.g. in the case of the need to process your personal data for purposes arising from the Data Controller’s legitimate interests, i.e. the assertion, establishment, and defense of claims, establishment of conflicts of interest.

6. You give your data:
a) freely but you are required to do so for the conclusion and proper performance of the contract which underlies the purchase of the goods and services offered on the website of the danucera.eu web store;
b) freely but you are required to do so if we are to provide marketing services based on your consent.

Personal data transfer

7. The Data Controller does not expect to transfer your personal data to any other recipient, with the exception of:
a) entities providing IT, accounting, hosting, or electronic payment services to the Data Controller;

Rights

9. If you learn that your data have been processed unlawfully, you may lodge a complaint with the President of the Polish Personal Data Protection Office. The complaint does not require any fee.
 
10. Your personal data will not be transferred abroad, whether to third countries or international organizations.
